Amit Garg

Professor Amit Garg of the Indian Institute of Management proposed that environmental markets can be used to address the problem of greenhouse gas and pollutant resolution. He pointed out that India hopes to shift from coal to clean energy and reduce the carbon pricing mechanism through joint markets. At the same time, he said that joint market transactions must be promoted through unified mechanisms, policies, and interactive transactions with other markets (such as particulate matter).
