It is necessary to deeply understand that promoting the clean and efficient utilization of coal is an important way to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality at the peak of carbon, and make overall plans for the big article of clean and efficient utilization of coal, and promote energy in a scientific and orderly manner. Under the new situation, China's coal-based energy structure should be selected in the path selection of low-carbon green transformation, high-quality economic development, and fair and just transformation of society , the development of renewable energy, the realization of dual carbon targets, and the contribution to the global response to climate change require new exploration and thinking.
